Who is the wholesaler?

Distributor who sells products to retail stores. The wholesaler will sell his product in bulk to retailers, allowing the retailer to benefit from a lower price than if they were to purchase individual items.

The seller will usually buy the goods directly from the manufacturer, but it can also be bought from a reseller.

Either way, the wholesaler gets big discounts for purchasing large quantities of merchandise. The wholesaler rarely engages in the actual manufacture of the product, focusing instead on distribution.
